In exchange for participation in the activity organized by MK Glass Designs, Melissa Kluczynski and or their agents for use of the property facilities and services of MK Glass Designs and Melissa Kluczynski,  I agree to adhere to the direction and guidelines described below and follow all instructions given to me at all times.

You will have the opportunity to create an art piece using some or all of the following equipment and materials: stained glass sheets and pieces, glass nippers, glue, glass cutters, running pliers, add ins, safety glasses, gloves, scissors, grout, foil, solder, soldering iron, soldering iron stand and other tools as necessary.
